. . .come the mushrooms. I have never been a mushroom fan. I don't like them on my pizza. I don't like them hiding in my pasta. I don't want them on a burger or baked into a casserole. Despite my dislike for the mushroom, I do think they are awfully nice looking! This specimen popped up after all of the spring rains that poured this weekend.
